FX-1000p Chlorine Analyzer
Accuracy
The Foxcroft FX-1000p Chlorine Analyzer utilizes the most accurate test method to determine chlorine residual levels in process water, similar to that used in lab environment titrator test methods, This makes it an excellent choice for your chlorine control or monitoring application.
Chemistry
First to develop, the Foxcroft FX-1000p Chlorine analyzer uses ordinary food grade, 5% distilled white vinegar as a pH buffer, which is non-toxic, non-hazardous, inexpensive and available at any grocery store, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY.
Control
The FX-1000p has a continuous on-line, electrically isolated output signal, display, and alarm circuit designed for set point controller, computer or monitoring applications. Residual readings are instantaneous and do not relay on sample and hold methods. This minimizes any delay in readings for control applications. The continuous 4-20 milliamp output signal can be used to drive chorine residual, or trigger an auto dialer in remote or off-hours situations
Maintenance
Just change the vinegar when it runs out. Our peristaltic vinegar pump uses long life Neoprene tubing which rarely needs replacement. The FX-1000p sensor cell is self-cleaning utilizing a continuous mixer and cleaning balls.
