Description

The FX-1 is a single gas, wall mounted, continuous gas leak detector for toxic gases or oxygen. Each detector utilizes proven electrochemical sensor technology to detect gas or oxygen in the low parts per million (ppm) or percent (%) of oxygen levels.

During normal operation, a green LED illuminates confirming the unit is functional. Two alarms, Warning and Danger, are provided with each indicating a specific concentrations of gas. The warning alarm illuminates the yellow LED, and the Danger alarm illuminates a flashing red LED, sounds the audible alarm, and engages a 10 amp relay for external alarm devices.

Housed in a NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure, the FX-1 is easy to install and operate. This detector has one special feature that enables its alarms to be tested, silenced and reset remotely by shining a flashlight on the front panel or by manually pressing a button on the side of the unit.
